MISSION 

It aims to provide its students with scientific, artistic and cultural knowledge by blending local and international culinary cultures; to train leading individuals in the field of gastronomy with innovative and sustainable approaches, to increase cooperation with the sector by conducting scientific research, and to produce knowledge in line with social benefit and ethical values.

 

VISION 

While educating individuals equipped with international standards of education, it adopts as its vision to provide a learning environment that focuses on sustainability, ethical responsibility and innovative thinking, and to be a leading academic center in the sector with projects focused on protecting sustainable and cultural values.

 

AIM OF GASTRONOMY AND CULINARY ARTS UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM

The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts undergraduate program aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in accordance with international gastronomy standards, to gain practical experience by establishing collaborations with the sector and to raise them as professionals who are sensitive to cultural and ethical values. At the same time, it aims to promote local gastronomic values and benefit the society by conducting scientific research on sustainability, healthy nutrition and gastronomic innovations.
