Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department lecturer Lecturer Sema Nur TECİMEN's Coffee Culture Course, applied training was held on November 27, 2024 between 13.00-15.00 hours at Meiano Coffee & Roastery. Within the scope of the training, “World Coffees”, “Green Bean Defects”, “Third Wave Coffee Brewing Techniques”, “Coffee Tasting Notes”, “Evaluation of Coffee Flavor Profiles” were covered in a practical way.
